View the Festival poster here New Italy Giftshop: We need your help We opened the Casa Vecchia Giftshop on Anniversary Day (11th April 2010). Meaning ‘old house’, the interior of the old Driver Reviver kiosk has been converted with atmospheric aged tin roofing and hand crafted ladder-shelving to emulate the old ladders from the Museum. New stock has been added and the opening was made possible by the huge effort of a small group. WE STILL YOUR HELP to keep the giftshop open! We are looking for volunteers to come once a month either for a half day shift or a full day (10am-3pm). We particularly need help on Mondays to Wednesdays and weekends. If you can help on a regular or intermittent basis please contact our giftshop coordinator Gail Williams 6682 2675 or email gail@autarchy.com.au. Or contact Jo Kijas (details below) We aim to bring an income stream into the Complex through which we can provide much needed maintenance and projects such as our History Walk Project. But we can’t do it without volunteers. Museum Monthly Mondays The Museum and History group will be meeting every 2nd Monday of the Month in the Community Hall, starting from July. Just turn up – there is a great variety of things to do for all interests and talents.
